Parts/Equipment Runner, Forklift Operator & General Shop Worker

We're hiring! Join our team at Baer Heating & Cooling, a fast-paced and reputable commercial mechanical HVAC company. We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to fill our open position. Daily duties and responsibilities are, but are not limited to: Parts/Equipment Runner Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) Responsible for pick-up and delivery of equipment, parts, and materials Local routes - home daily Forklift Operator Certified or experienced in forklift operation Responsible for loading/unloading deliveries and organizing warehouse inventory General Shop Worker Assist with managing inventory, tools, and equipment Help maintain a clean and organized shop Support field teams with material prep and deliveries as needed

Requirements:

Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet Experience in the HVAC or construction industry a plus
