This position is responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift, loading and unloading materials, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have recent forklift experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse Perform order picking using RF scanners and warehouse pick systems Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying inventory and shipment documentation Maintain accurate inventory records through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to improve workflow and storage efficiency Handle products carefully to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing safety training and warehouse operational procedures Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience required Forklift operation must be your most recent work experience Experience operating a sit-down forklift Valid forklift certification required Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment inspections and identify maintenance issues Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Previous warehouse supervision or leadership experience is a plus Additional certifications such as clamp truck or crane operation are a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for a dependable team member who takes safety seriously, works efficiently, and has recent hands-on forklift experience.
