TITLE:
Forklift Driver
C POSITION OBJECTIVE
To assist in loading trucks to various customers around the country.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED Minimum 1-year previous forklift experience Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. Ability to use and understand RF scanning
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Move and align the posted pallets to certain areas, which did not go through the CMA system. Deliver products according to "Inventory Issue Ticket". Clean individual area assigned. Inspect and maintain forklifts before working every day. Clean storage area, loading area, and forklift park area. Process cases form higher level management. Move pallets from production table to warehouse location. Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required. Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace. Abel to help in production during down times while also help cover breaks and lunches for production packers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION
Manufacturing Environment Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot) Loud noise Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and repetitive action of lifting and bending Able to stand up for up to 12 hrs. and work 12 hrs. rotating schedule Must wear steel toe shoes and appropriate PPE on production floor at all times No shorts, jewelry and loose hanging clothes allowed Inteplast Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
