A rapidly expanding logistics company is currently hiring for multiple temp-to-hire Swing Reach Operator positions on both 1st and 2nd shifts. In this role, your primary responsibility will be safely and accurately picking orders in narrow warehouse aisles. You'll also handle inventory put-away, pallet movement, stock accuracy, and order monitoring to support both inbound and outbound shipments. Swing Reach Operator Job Duties:

Operate and inspect Swing Reach on a daily basis and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Pick all orders in an efficient and detailed manner as deliveries come in and out of the warehouse. Verify product description, case count, pallet & lot #'s and location of product during order picking. Make location correction by relocation if needed. Relocate & consolidate pallets within warehouse and down narrow isles as needed and/or stack on shelves of warehouse safely without damaging product.

Pay:

$21.00 - $21.50 per hour 1st shift: $21/hour 2nd shift: $21.50/hour

Schedules:

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM 2nd shift: Sunday-Thursday 4PM-12:30

AM Swing Reach Operator Job Qualifications:

At least 1 year of turret truck operation experience Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds Comfortable working in a cold storage facility with temperatures set between 35-40 degrees - cold gear provided!
