Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Snelling is currently seeking experienced and reliable Reach Truck Operators for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY . This role is responsible for supporting the front-end warehouse process, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring all materials are properly tracked and stored.

Pay and Incentives:

$19.50-20.50 per hour $1.00 per hour pay increase upon completion of 520 hours $1,500 retention bonus available

AM Reach Truck Operator Responsibilities:

Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and forklifts Unload inbound trucks and verify shipments against packing slips Scan and label products accurately for inventory control Transport materials to designated storage locations (putaway) Assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Maintain a clean and organized warehouse work area to support safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

Prior experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred Experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks or forklifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
