• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Material Handler Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team.

Responsibilities Operate various types of heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo lifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Manage order picking using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting freight for damage, and documenting inventory movements Conduct routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs to ensure machinery remains in optimal working condition Support warehouse management by maintaining organized storage areas, performing stock counts, and updating inventory records accurately Follow OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy equipment operation and materials handling to promote a safe working environment Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency and support distribution goals Experience Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, or other heavy equipment in a warehouse or distribution setting Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker operations Prior experience in shipping & receiving, inventory control, or materials handling is highly desirable Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety protocols Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and measurements Warehouse experience involving heavy lifting, load & unload procedures, and order picking is essential Join our team to play a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations while maintaining a safe environment.
