Life Insurance Apprenticeship Program Advancement Opportunities $17.50 - $19.00 / Hour •Increased wages of $19.00/hr from 11-23-25 until 12-20-25!•Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Temporary or Contract Temp to Hire 1st Shift Job Responsibilities Operate an Order Picker and or Reach Truck throughout duration of shift Load and unload cartons/packages in an efficient and safe manner, recording all necessary paperwork Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and other miscellaneous tasks as needed Utilize RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System High School diploma or GED 6 months experience in a warehouse and on each Forklift Certification and experience operating forklift equipment is required (Order Picker and Reach) Familiarity with RF scan gun and computer inquiries/and data entry Able to read and count accurately and follow verbal and written directions Able to perform repetitive motions and lift 50 lbs. continuously Able to work overtime as needed with little or no advance notice Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.50 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
