Job Title:

2nd Shift Forklift Operator (Outdoor Yard) ⚠️ Must pass pre-employment drug screening (including THC) ⚠️ We re hiring a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for our 2nd shift team at a busy fencing company. This role works primarily outdoors, moving and staging materials to support daily operations.

Schedule:

2nd Shift (afternoon/evening hours)

Location:

Outdoor yard environment

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to transport fencing materials throughout the yard Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently Stage materials for production and delivery Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Maintain a clean, organized yard and work area Assist with inventory counts and material tracking Work in various weather conditions and support team needs

Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Attention to safety and detail Dependable with good communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift
