Job Description

Operate fertilizer blending equipment and blend products according to recommended rates and procedures.
Responsible for inventory control and assures all products are accounted for with proper paperwork.
Operate a fork-lift for loading or unloading containers and pallets safely.
Unload inbound and outbound deliveries.
Responsible for maintaining, repairing and/or servicing fertilizer equipment and vehicles as needed.
Perform daily safety checks and follow a preventative maintenance program and report any issues to Location Manager.
Assist customers with pickup and deliveries as well as other departments and locations.
Collaborate with Location Manager to ensure all equipment, rolling stock, and facilities are in good working order.
May require assisting other locations of the company.
Follows Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Programs, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.

Salary:
$18-$20/ hourly Responsibilities include the daily distribution and blending of products, assisting with inventory and maintenance, assisting customers, other departments and other locations as needed.Responsibilities:
