This is a W2 only role — C2C and C2H candidates will not be considered. Role Overview BEPC is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse and material handling operations for our client. This role is responsible for operating various powered industrial trucks to load, unload, transport, and organize materials efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed. Key Responsibilities Operate gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered industrial trucks and forklifts. Load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials and products safely and efficiently. Utilize lifting devices such as forklifts, elevating platforms, or buckets to support material handling operations. Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure safe operating conditions. Follow established safety procedures and company policies at all times. Maintain accurate records related to inventory movement and material handling activities. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Support production and operational goals by working overtime when required. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-3 years of previous forklift or material handling experience. Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment. Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience operating multiple types of powered industrial trucks. Forklift certification (if applicable).
