requirements Must be able to work in a team environment Must be able to pick orders accurately Must be able to load trucks Provide Logistics' Coordinator back up in the event of illness or vacation Must be able to ensure the department is working on the correct priorities in a timely & accurate manner And any other duties as assigned by his/her foreman.

Requirements:

Supervise the Logistics crew activities, including shipping, receiving, restack & warehouse management. Ensure all customer orders are filled in an accurate & timely manner. Work effectively with the Logistics' Coordinator on all daily activities. Ensure first in, first out rotation is followed (FIFO) Work with Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Foreman and Department Manager to ensure the perpetual inventory records are accurate at all times. Comply with all the housekeeping expectations. Work effectively with Warehouse Foreman on the transition from first to second shift activities.

Qualifications:

High school graduate, college preferred. Must have 1-2 years of experience with Hi-Lo 3-5 years experience in shipping, inventory control, and materials management. Computer Proficiency (MFG/ PRO, Excel) and detailed oriented. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to work with many levels of management. Excellent math skills.
