Forklift Operator - Metals Plant

Axios Professional Recruitment is proud to partner with a well- established recycling company in Grand Rapids that is actively seeking a Forklift Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, process driven, and passionate about experienced in production operations.

Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down and diverse forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials and equipment. Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on assigned forklifts. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and containers. High exposure to the elements outdoors due to the nature of the facility. Collaborate with team members to optimize material handling and distribution processes.

Qualifications:
