What We Offer Weekly pay of $21.00 PLUS $1/hour weekly attendance bonus Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Get weekends off Overtime available Prior forklift experience required Forklift Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do) Drive forklift Harvest activities such as preparation, seed sampling, truck unloading, and other processes including leading work area Production activities such as seed conditioning, treating, packaging, rework, etc Product return and sorting activities Field activities such as scouting, inspection and managing logistics Use of automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks (computers and iPads) Warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc. Various other duties as assigned by supervisor Forklift Shift Info 2nd Shift 2pm to 12:30am Monday - Thursday Forklift Qualifications (Requirements / Skills) High school diploma Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
