Forklift operator - Blue Springs At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading logistics provider in Blue Springs. This role is based in a climate-controlled candy manufacturing facility, focusing on efficient material movement and production support in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns:

Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm Pay rates: 21.50 USD hourly Essential requirements for Forklift operator: Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required Must pass internal forklift certification assessment (no training provided) Ability to work in a fast-paced, and physically active manufacturing environment Commute may not be longer than 40 minutes Please indicate if you have previously worked at this site, including the agency and timeframe Desirable requirements for Forklift operator: Previous experience in a food manufacturing or candy production environment Familiarity with line-based warehouse operations and Good Manufacturing Practices Experience with reach truck or Raymond equipment is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Role for Forklift operator: Operate stand-up forklifts to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production lines Support line operations by ensuring timely delivery and removal of materials to prevent downtime Load, unload, stage, and store products in designated areas Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and food handling standards Perform equipment checks and follow proper operating procedures Benefits for Forklift operator: Opportunity to work in a stable, climate-controlled manufacturing environment Consistent Monday to Friday schedule Professional growth within a high-demand production setting
