Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support production, packaging, and material handling operations in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment in Fenton, MO. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone with sit-down forklift experience who enjoys hands-on work, steady hours, and being part of a team-focused production setting. In this role, you will help keep products moving efficiently through the packaging process while maintaining quality, safety, and organization standards. The work environment is well-lit, structured, and safety-focused, with supportive leadership and clear daily expectations. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in reliability, teamwork, and contributing to smooth manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials, components, and finished goods safely throughout the facility.
  • Support packaging operations by placing bottles on conveyor lines, labeling cases and bags, and packing finished products.
  • Verify product codes, components, and packaging orders for accuracy.
  • Inspect products for quality and report damaged or non-conforming items to a supervisor.
  • Stack finished goods and maintain an organized production area throughout the shift.
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and complete additional duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate:
    $17.00 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
  • Shift Length:
    10-hour shifts.
  • Contract Length:
    1-year contract with possible extensions.
  • Work Environment:
    100% onsite.
