EXPERIENCED

Forklift Operator to support our warehouse and operations team in Lamar, Missouri. This role is a great fit for someone who takes safety seriously, works well in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong attention to detail, reliability, and ownership to every shift. What you'll do Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in accordance with company policies and safety procedures. Load, unload, move, stage, and organize product accurately to support daily warehouse and operations needs. Complete daily equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance issues, equipment defects, or safety concerns. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting efficient product flow. Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates about work status, product movement, and safety priorities. Take ownership of quality, productivity, and safety while working with minimal oversight. What We're Looking For Proven forklift operation experience required. Forklift certification required, or ability to obtain certification. Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or operations environments preferred. Strong safety mindset, dependable attendance, and a high level of accountability. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and safety standards. Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Frequent sitting and hand manipulation while operating forklift controls. Intermittent walking, standing, bending, climbing, squatting, twisting, and lifting. Must be able to maintain strong visual awareness, recognize safety signals, and hear alarms, horns, verbal instructions, and other workplace safety cues. Work may include exposure to mechanical parts, outdoor conditions, fumes, or airborne particles.
