Role:

Adept HR is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to work at one of our client's beverage distribution plants in Wright City, MO. The operator will be responsible for safely moving materials, keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, and following all safety protocols. (Orientation will be held at their Truesdale Plant)

Schedule:

Initial Shift (Post-Orientation): Sunday•Thursday, 6:00 PM•6:30 AMStarting the following Week (D Crew Rotation):

Rotating 12-hour shifts:

One week: 3 days (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)Next week: 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)Pattern continues on a 3/4-day rotation

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materialsStock and organize materials in designated areasMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouseFollow all safety protocols and proceduresCollaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience requiredAbility to work evening/night shifts and rotating 12-hour schedulesStrong attention to safety and detailGood communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
