Forklift Operator Operate stand-up reach trucks to move products to and from storage racks, loading docks, and staging areas MUST BE okay working in a 32 degree environment Position Summary A Lift Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products and materials within a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing facility. This role ensures efficient handling of goods while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, or storage areas Transport goods to designated storage locations or production areas Stack and organize materials in racks or designated storage spaces Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and operational procedures Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and cleaning as needed Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of products Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the shift Operating machinery for extended periods Working in varying temperatures depending on facility environment Forklift experience
