HR Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Specialist to become an integral part of our operations team. In this position, you will oversee the flow of materials, operating a sit down forklift in a very fast paced warehouse. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-moving setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and merchandise.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment.
• Keep precise inventory records and perform routine cycle counts.
• Safely operate sit down forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory levels and shipping updates.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods.
• Comfortable using warehouse management software and basic computer applications.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
