HR Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Specialist to become an integral part of our operations team. In this position, you will oversee the flow of materials, operating a sit down forklift in a very fast paced warehouse. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-moving setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and merchandise.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment.
- Keep precise inventory records and perform routine cycle counts.
- Safely operate sit down forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory levels and shipping updates.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods.
- Comfortable using warehouse management software and basic computer applications.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
