Temp Description Hire Dynamics is seeking Reach Truck and Sit Down Forklift operators for prestigious client in Concord, NC. All shifts available - 1st, 2nd, 3rd including 12 hour rotating shifts

Pay:

$17.75-19.25 depending on shift

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts to move materials or products to and from storage areas, loading docks, or production lines. Use different types of forklifts based on the nature of the load (e.g., heavy-duty forklifts for larger items). Assist with inventory control by helping with tracking, counting, and organizing stock. Report discrepancies in stock counts, damage to products, or issues with equipment. Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Ensure the warehouse and work areas are clean, organized, and safe, adhering to company and regulatory standards. Communicate any operational issues, such as maintenance needs, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.

Requirements:

Forklift operators must be physically fit to handle the manual aspects of the job, such as lifting and stacking goods.
