Job Summary Boviet Solar is seeking safety-focused Warehouse/Forklift Operators to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, store, and stage materials while ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and compliance with company safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts to transport, load, unload, and stack materials Move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials to designated areas Support receiving and shipping operations by staging and organizing materials Verify material identification and quantities during material movement Conduct daily forklift inspections and report safety concerns or equipment issues Maintain clean and organized work areas while following 6S and safety standards Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy Follow all OSHA safety regulations and PPE requirements Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred Forklift certification required or ability to obtain upon hire Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate a forklift for extended periods Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with required
