  • Baler Room Operator / Baler Room Worker Job Description
  • + Operated baler machines to compress cardboard, plastic, and recyclable materials for storage and shipment + Loaded materials into balers safely and efficiently to maintain production flow + Monitored baler equipment for proper operation and reported maintenance issues when necessary + Maintained clean and organized baler room areas to meet safety and housekeeping standards + Sorted recyclable and waste materials according to company procedures + Used forklifts and pallet jacks to transport bales and materials throughout warehouse facilities + Followed OSHA and workplace safety guidelines to prevent accidents and equipment damage + Prepared completed bales for shipping, storage, or disposal + Assisted warehouse and production teams with material handling and cleanup duties + Conducted routine inspections and basic maintenance on baler equipment •
Pay Details:
  • $16.
