• Job Summary
• Newcomb and Company is seeking a Warehouse Driver. The Warehouse Driver delivers equipment and materials, including vendor deliveries, jobsite returns, and scheduled pickups.
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• + Assist the Warehouse Team Lead (WTL) with routine inspections of all department vehicles and tools for signs of wear and tear.

+ Perform hands-on movement of materials, including managing incoming and outgoing deliveries, and loading/unloading vehicles. + Participate in scheduled warehouse inventories—monthly, quarterly, and annually. + Conduct weekly spot checks to assess inventory levels and identify replenishment needs. + Deliver materials to project sites as needed. + Provide support at job sites when required. + Assist with general warehouse tasks such as trash removal, unloading and disposing of returned materials, yard cleaning, and mowing. + Accurately label and identify all incoming materials by project. + Follow established procedures for monitoring all materials brought into the warehouse for inventory tracking. + Adhere to systems for tracking materials removed from the warehouse for inventory and job costing purposes. + Comply with processes for scheduling and tracking incoming deliveries, verifying packing slips, forwarding documentation to accounting, and updating the Ordered Materials/Equipment Sheet. + Follow procedures for scheduling and tracking all outgoing job deliveries. + Maintain accurate records of specialized tools and equipment checked out to field personnel. + Interact respectfully and courteously with coworkers at all times.

• Qualifications
• + Must adhere to and participate in the company safety program. + Be aware of OSHA safety requirements and enforce in all areas. + This position requires a high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Excellent forklift skills and forklift license are + Possess a clean, valid NC Class C Driver's License. + Ability to work 40 - 45 hours a week.
