Friday•Sunday, 6:00 AM•6:30 PM About the Position Kelly is hiring a Weekend Forklift Operator for our client's warehouse. In this role, you will operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks to move, stack, and count merchandise. You'll help keep the warehouse running smoothly, safely, and accurately. What You'll Do Operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently. Move, stack, and store merchandise in assigned areas. Unload inbound shipments and move items to storage locations. Pull and prepare products for shipment based on customer needs. Confirm correct product types and quantities are shipped. Use RF scanners and maintain basic inventory paperwork. Assist with physical and cycle inventory counts. Rotate inventory and report discrepancies. Keep your work area clean and safe. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements At least 6 months of sit-down forklift and reach truck experience (required) High School Diploma or GED preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and computer skills (including Excel). Effective customer service skills. Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for up to 10-12 hours per shift. Able to lift and pull 10-50 lbs. Comfortable working in changing warehouse conditions (noise, lighting, temperature). Flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays. Ready to join the Kelly team?
