https://can-one.com Position Overview The Forklift Operator plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by safely transporting materials, managing inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a commitment to safety. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Comprehensive benefits options Paid vacation Key Responsibilities Safely move materials throughout the facility to support production and logistics Organize and optimize loads to maintain efficient workflow Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance or damage issues Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Track and manage inventory using RF scanning systems Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Identify and report damaged goods, shortages, or quality concerns Assist with additional warehouse or operational tasks as needed Qualifications Skills & Abilities Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness Basic math and counting skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to understand and follow instructions in English Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid state driver's license Forklift certification or ability to complete on-site training and testing Can-One USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
