Job Title:

Forklift Operator Operate stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and electric pallet jacks Use RF scanners to pick, move, and stage inventory Load and unload trucks; build, wrap, and secure pallets Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality Perform inventory counts and return misplaced items Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements 0-2 years of warehouse or material handling experience Experience with forklift equipment and RF scanners Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast‑paced environments Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Work Environment & Benefits Large, established distribution center Supportive team culture with employee appreciation events Overtime opportunities available Competitive pay and quick onboarding Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
