Forklift Operator

Our client, a fast-paced distribution and warehouse operation, is looking for a Forklift Operator to join their team in Cinnaminson, NJ. This role focuses on operating specialized lift equipment to move inventory, support order picking, and maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate turret trucks, high-reach forklifts, and cherry pickers (order pickers) to access high-level racking in narrow aisles Move incoming freight from receiving to designated storage locations using RF scanners Perform order picking by elevating to rack levels and manually selecting items with accuracy Assist with inventory cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse storage areas Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and follow all OSHA and facility safety procedures Use proper harness and fall protection equipment when operating lifts at height Support general warehouse tasks including staging, palletizing, and loading/unloading trailers

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience operating turret trucks, high reach forklifts, and cherry pickers Forklift certification required (in-house or third-party accepted) Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Ability to work at heights up to 30+ feet Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Strong attention to safety and accuracy in warehouse operations
