300 Linden Logistics Way, Linden, NJ Position Overview Fabuwood is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for operating reach trucks to efficiently move, store, and retrieve materials in high-rack warehouse environments while maintaining accuracy and safety. Key Responsibilities Operate reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Safely place and retrieve pallets from high shelving and narrow aisles Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs Ensure accurate handling and placement of inventory Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Work closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals Required Qualifications Valid reach truck certification Proven experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work in narrow aisles and at elevated heights Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume or high-rack warehouse environments Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience with RF scanners or inventory tracking systems
