3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. (Mon-Fri) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Forklift Operator with Turret (Swing-Reach) experience to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience operating Turret Forklifts and other heavy equipment, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and precision. As a Forklift Turret Operator, you will be responsible for managing materials handling, order picking, and Put-Away in a Manufacturing-Warehouse. Duties Operate Turret Trucks to load , unload, pick, and put-away materials within the warehouse. Safely handle materials handling equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying inventory, inspecting equipment, and ensuring proper documentation. Conduct routine equipment repair checks and report maintenance needs to ensure optimal performance of lift trucks and related machinery. Support warehouse management by organizing storage areas, optimizing space utilization, and maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate distribution activities, improve workflow processes, and enhance overall productivity. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor equipment issues and performing basic math calculations related to inventory counts and weight measurements. Skills Over 2-years of experience operating Turret Forklifts Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) for order picking and inventory control. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs or identify maintenance needs on lift trucks. Excellent skills in load & unload operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and heavy lifting techniques. Familiarity with warehouse distribution practices, order picker operation, and materials handling protocols. Basic math skills for inventory counting, weight calculations, and measurement conversions. Previous experience in warehouse supervision or management is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
