Night Replenishment/Stand up Forklift Operator

This role is responsible for replenishing product slots, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order selection operations, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Key Points:

This is a full time position. The work week is Sunday night-Thursday night. This overnight position starts at 3-5PM and ends when the work is complete. Must have experience with the

RR/RD 5000-5700

stand up forklift/reach truck. You must pass an equipment test and become certified in order to work as a Night Replenisher.+

Job Requirements:

Perform all pre-shift duties including warm up and safety checks on all equipment. Work in multi-temperature areas as assigned. Meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy while working in a safe manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse environment Performs various post-shift duties that could include: Clearing aisles of all debris, returning forklift to charging area, and hook up for battery charging. Stacks empty pallets from slots in aisle. Clean up any spills and places damaged product in recoup area. Completes any related paperwork. Must be physically able to work in the freezer (-15 degrees) and in the cooler. Must be able to repeatedly lift more than 50 pounds throughout a shift.

Education/Training:

High School Education or GED preferred.

Related Experience/Requirements :

Minimum one year of recent experience in a highly physical, labor-intensive warehouse selection position. Minimum six months experience with warehouse material handling equipment (electric pallet jack or high low) preferred. Extensive experience operating Standup Forklifts required. Voice selection software experience preferred. Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred e.g. lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to read alpha and numeric codes from pick sheets and slots. Must be team-oriented and able to get along with others.

$23 + hour
