Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Warehouse/Driver to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring timely shipping and receiving processes. Your proactive approach will help maintain a smooth warehouse distribution operation, supporting our commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment. Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks with precision to meet customer deadlines. Conduct stock replenishment, stocking, and materials handling activities while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Assist with warehouse distribution activities such as load & unload operations, order fulfillment, and packaging of goods. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using AS400 or similar systems; ensure proper documentation for shipments. Support warehouse supervisor in daily operations by monitoring heavy lifting tasks and ensuring mechanical knowledge is applied for safe equipment operation. Experience Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management, order picking & packing, and shipping & receiving procedures. Experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools required for materials handling. Prior work in manufacturing or construction environments is a plus; knowledge of OSHA regulations is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in stock control. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 systems, and order fulfillment processes. Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or in roles involving inventory control enhances your candidacy.
