Stand Up Forklift Operator - Santa Teresa At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Santa Teresa. We are seeking skilled operators to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient inventory flow and strict adherence to safety standards. Pay Rates 14.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator Valid Stand-Up Forklift Certification or ability to obtain before start 1+ year of recent stand-up forklift experience (reach truck, dock stocker, or order picker) Strong situational awareness regarding visibility and crush-point hazards Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work on your feet for the full shift Comfort working at height when placing or pulling pallets from racking Reliable attendance and ability to follow all safety rules and equipment inspection procedures Basic English communication skills for safety instructions and documentation Desirable Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator Experience with multiple forklift types such as sit-down, reach, EPJ, clamp, or turret Previous work in high-bay racking, narrow-aisle environments, or cold storage Proficiency with RF scanners, WMS, and reading LPNs, pallet labels, and rack locations Experience with put-away, replenishment, and case-picking processes Bilingual English/Spanish skills are considered a plus for team coordination High attention to detail, strong communication with spotters, and a problem-solving mindset Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator Safely operate stand-up reach trucks and dock stockers to move pallets Replenish racks and load/unload trailers while maintaining inventory flow Perform daily equipment inspections and follow standard operating procedures Collaborate with spotters, leads, and other operators to ensure warehouse efficiency Maintain clear aisles and high-traffic dock areas to support safe operations Benefits for Stand Up Forklift Operator Competitive hourly compensation Opportunity to work in a high-volume, professional logistics environment Consistent and stable work schedule Professional development in a fast-paced warehouse setting
