1 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Replenishment Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations during 4th shift. This role focuses on efficiently moving product from reserve storage to picking locations to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining high levels of accuracy and safety. Key ResponsibilitiesReplenishment & Material Movement Operate a reach truck or sit-down forklift to move product from reserve storage to pick locations Perform replenishment tasks based on RF scanner or warehouse system direction Monitor pick bin levels and restock inventory proactively Ensure picking locations are consistently stocked to meet order demand Inventory & Location Control Accurately scan and confirm product movement using RF devices Verify SKUs, quantities, and storage locations during replenishment Rotate inventory using FIFO (first in, first out) practices Consolidate partial pallets and optimize storage space Warehouse Support Assist with put-away, staging, and picking operations as needed Move materials between departments or zones efficiently Organize bulk storage areas for accessibility Support cycle counts and inventory checks when required Quality & Accuracy Inspect inventory for damage, mislabeling, or incorrect placement Report shortages, discrepancies, or safety concerns Ensure pallets are stable and properly stacked Maintain high accuracy to prevent picking errors Safety & Equipment Perform daily forklift inspections (battery, forks, controls, tires) Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Operate safely in tight aisles and high rack environments Maintain clean work areas and clear aisles Physical Requirements Ability to lift 40-60 lbs when needed Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Comfortable working at heights when using reach equipment Ability to work extended shifts in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous forklift experience (reach truck and/or sit-down) required Experience with replenishment or inventory movement preferred Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse systems Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable and team-oriented Why Apply?
