Full-Time/Temp to hire About the Role Our plastic manufacturing facility in Wabuska, NV is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient product flow, accurate inventory, and a clean, safe work environment. Candidates must be willing to work overtime on Saturdays when production demands increase. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck depending on facility needs) to move materials throughout the warehouse Load and unload trucks, pallets, crates, and raw materials used in plastic manufacturing Pick, stage, and organize products for production or shipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company safety policies Perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical issues Assist with cycle counts, inventory control, and general warehouse duties Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals Requirements Previous forklift experience preferred Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Valid forklift certification or willingness to complete company-provided training Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to work mandatory Saturday overtime Preferred Skills Experience with reach trucks, clamp trucks, or order pickers Basic computer or scanner experience Strong communication and teamwork skills
