Shift:
Rotating 12-hour shifts (2 on/2 off; 3 on/2 off)
Job Description:
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals. Produce quality materials in Knit, Laid Scrim, Coat/Glue, and Converting operations. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality. Perform routine inspections and follow established production procedures. Work independently or with minimal supervision while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work with or without direct supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay:
