Forklift Operator Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Operator during our weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 7am - 7:30pm. You will receive a competitive hourly rate with a shift differential. Enjoy two 20-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break. As a Forklift Operator, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse activities including loading, order fulfillment, cycle counting, and put-away. This role requires physical activity such as walking, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing on a stand-up forklift. Responsibilities Complete knowledge of company GDPs. Count all products and check for damage, infestation, and unique product identifiers. Report any shortages, overages, or damages using appropriate forms. Apply appropriate labels to products. Efficiently stack and store products to prevent damage. Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area following company housekeeping policies. Ensure adherence to Food Safety standards. Essential Skills Experience with stand-up forklifts. Knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting. Ability to efficiently use pallet jacks and cherry pickers. Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Raymond Forklift Experience is preferred. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
