Temp-to-Hire Position Summary:
KanPak is seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators for our Penn Yan facility. This temp-to-hire position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts, operating forklifts, and adhering to safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, and stack products. Ensure accurate and timely loading and unloading of materials. Perform daily safety and maintenance checks of equipment. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and KanPak policies. Assist with inventory counts as required. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Qualifications:
Previous forklift experience required; certification preferred. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM•7:00 AM), including weekends as needed. Understanding of warehouse procedures and safety regulations. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks as necessary. Benefits:
