Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts, production machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently Move, process, and transport materials and finished products throughout the facility Monitor product quality and complete required production and quality documentation Load and unload materials from containers, skids, tubs, and boxes as assigned Meet or exceed production goals while maintaining quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and management Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Previous forklift, warehouse, manufacturing, or factory experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to complete production paperwork accurately Steel-toe shoes and safety glasses required Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment
