- Position Summary The Picker
- Reach Truck Operator is responsible for pulling, staging, and loading products using a reach truck in a warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and on-time shipments. Picker

- Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate reach truck to pick and move inventory to staging areas Pull products based on job lists and order requirements Load materials onto trucks for shipment Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and maintain accuracy Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Picker•Reach Truck Operator•Additional Qualifications Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems a plus Strong time management and organizational skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to adapt in a high-volume work environment #
