In this role, you'll be responsible for safely moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, staging product for production teams, and keeping facilities organized and efficient. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays alert in busy environments, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork. Key Duties Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, heavy-lift, or similar) to move products and materials Load and unload trucks, production lines, and storage areas Stack, organize, and band materials for storage or shipping Stage raw materials and finished goods for production teams Perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical issues Maintain clean, organized work areas (sweeping, debris removal, proper material placement) Assist with inventory counts and update ERP/warehouse systems to ensure accurate locations Verify materials meet required specifications before staging Communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and drivers Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and OSHA guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned; adapt to changing priorities Skills & Qualifications 1+ year experience in warehouse, yard, manufacturing, or light-industrial environment Experience with sit-down forklift or heavy-lift equipment (6+ months preferred) Basic math skills and strong hand-eye coordination Ability to speak, read, and write English for workplace safety Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations (preferred) Forklift certification a plus Reliable work history with positive references (2 required) Able to work in varying conditions (outdoors, noise, moving equipment) Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills Why Join Us?
