We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Production Associate to join a busy industrial manufacturing facility. This is a temporary assignment covering an employee leave, with an expected duration of 4-6 weeks and the potential for extension. If you have experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, concrete, construction materials, aggregate, recycling, or heavy industrial environment , we want to hear from you. Pay $19.50 per hour $17.50 base pay $2.00/hour shift differential Schedule Monday - Friday 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced production environment Move and stage raw materials and finished products Support production operations throughout the facility Perform end-of-shift cleanup and housekeeping duties Clean large industrial mixing equipment Follow all plant safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Utilize Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when required Assist with general labor and production tasks as needed Work in a hot, dusty, loud, and physically demanding environment Requirements Previous forklift operating experience required Current forklift certification preferred Manufacturing, production, factory, concrete, construction materials, or heavy industrial experience strongly preferred Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures required Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Spanish/English bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
