What You'll Do Pick, stage, and prepare orders with accuracy and attention to detail Build and wrap pallets to ensure safe and efficient shipment Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility Use RF scanners and equipment to track inventory and keep things organized Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Move finished orders to shipping and support daily warehouse operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What We're Looking For Reliable and on time every day Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Team player with good communication skills Willingness to learn equipment and take on new responsibilities Preferred Experience (Not Required) Forklift (sit-down) operation RF scanner usage Loading/unloading trucks General warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience Work Environment Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Standing, walking, bending throughout the shift Work in varying temperatures (including cooler areas; gear provided) Safety-focused, team-driven warehouse setting Why Apply? ✅ Competitive 1st shift pay: $20
