Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for hourly production team member positions in our Columbia, South Carolina manufacturing facility. As an hourly production team member, you will need to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. Job purpose The Forklift Driver is responsible for safely operating Sit-Down Forklifts within our warehouse. Forklift drivers will follow all safety standards while loading and unloading our shipment trucks. Shipping and receiving experience is preferred . Duties and responsibilities Sort, Count, and log inventory data. Load and unload truck shipments by operating a Sit-Down Forklift. Shipping and Receiving duties.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-years Sit-Down Forklift experience. Shipping and Receiving experience (Preferred). Able to multi-task. Must possess strong communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated to work independently with high regards to quality of product. Individuals with a criminal record are encouraged to apply!

Compensation:

Hourly with Weekly Pay (starting at $17.25 /Hour) with a $1.00 increase after 90-

Days of Employment Schedule:

This position operates on an 8-Hour shift Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)

Probationary Period:

Please note that all new hires are subject to a Probation Period for the first 90-days of employment. Working conditions Must be able to work around extreme heat safely . Must be able to work in a wet environment safely . Must be able to work around and operate machinery safely. Physical requirements Must be able to work overtime as needed. Must be able to lift 25+ pounds. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the work environment.
