Role:
This is not your typical warehouse job. While forklift experience and a solid understanding of logistics are a must, this role goes far beyond moving pallets from point A to point B. We're looking for someone who's hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with both equipment and tools. You should be the kind of person who knows how to build, fix, measure, cut, and secure things properly — and who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. A big part of this role is learning how to load and secure non-standard cargo such as cars, boats, motorcycles, and oversized freight inside shipping containers. That means thinking ahead, maximizing space safely, and being willing to problem-solve when no two loads are the same. Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset are critical. This work can be physically demanding. You'll be working in tight spaces, climbing in and out of containers, and exposed to heat or cold depending on the season. Being physically fit and comfortable with hands-on labor is important for success in this role.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of forklift experience
  • Required 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or transload environment
  • Required Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
  • Required Ability to independently, safely, and efficiently load/unload trucks, shipping containers, and flatbeds Physically capable of standing, crouching, and walking throughout the day Strong communication skills and attention to detail Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Responsible, punctual, and dependable Team-oriented with a flexible, "can-do" attitude & open to learn new skills.
