Job Description

Start your career in warehouse & logistics. Staffing with Bliss is hiring Warehouse Associates for a seasonal role supporting a fast-paced distribution operation. This is a strong opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations. Top performers may be considered for permanent opportunities after the contract period, but this is not guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & receiving; unloading trucks Order picking & packing using RF scanners Inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment Organizing materials and maintaining warehouse flow Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training available) Support will call / customer order pickup Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Requirements:
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply 3-6 months warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems a plus Ability to lift and move materials throughout shift Strong attention to detail and reliability Team-oriented mindset
Preferred:
Forklift experience Background in HVAC, electrical, or industrial distribution
