Job Requirements:
Proven experience operating large capacity forklifts (15,000 lb or greater) highly preferred Strong experience handling oversized, delicate, or high-value products preferred. Excellent spatial awareness and ability to judge clearances, weight distribution, and load stability. Ability to operate equipment smoothly and precisely with minimal product risk. Forklift certification required Strong commitment to workplace safety and damage prevention. Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
