Job Description
Job Overview Are you looking for a new opportunity? We are currently hiring for several positions with leading manufacturing and industrial employers in the area. Available Positions Machine Operators Operate and monitor production machinery Perform quality checks and basic machine adjustments Follow safety and production guidelines Manufacturing experience preferred but not always required Heavy Lifters / Material Handlers Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Lift up to 50+ pounds on a regular basis Maintain a clean and organized work area Ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work Assembly Associates Assemble products and components according to specifications Use hand tools and follow detailed instructions Inspect finished products for quality Strong attention to detail and reliability required Stand-Up Forklift Operators Safely operate stand-up forklifts in a warehouse or production environment Move materials, stock inventory, and load/unload shipments Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines Previous forklift experience required; certification preferred Weld Shop Helpers Assist welders with material preparation and shop organization Grind, clean, and prepare metal components Move materials and support production operations Manufacturing or shop experience is a plus Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo lifts, and other heavy equipment to load and unload materials safely and efficiently Assist in assembly processes and machinery operation to support production goals Handle materials with precision using pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment Support shipping and receiving activities by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch Conduct basic equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance Follow warehouse management system protocols for inventory control and order tracking Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to OSHA safety standards and best practices Requirements Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or similar heavy equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and troubleshooting on equipment Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking procedures Ability to lift heavy loads consistently and safely throughout the shift Strong understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards for materials handling and equipment operation Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors Prior warehouse experience or warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required Join us in a role that's vital to our operations' success!
