All Star Personnel Job Summary All Star Personnel is seeking experienced and dependable Reach Truck Operators for a warehouse position in Nashville, TN. The Reach Truck Operator will be responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve materials while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities Safely operate a reach truck to move products and materials throughout the warehouse Load, unload, put away, and retrieve inventory from storage locations Accurately place materials into designated warehouse locations Assist with inventory organization and maintaining accurate product placement Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or safety concerns Follow all workplace safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectations Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Previous reach truck operating experience required Ability to safely operate a reach truck in a warehouse environment Experience working with inventory, pallets, and warehouse processes Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Schedule & Pay Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for long-term placement Join the All Star Personnel team and take the next step in your warehouse career!
