Forklift Operator (Stand-Up) - 2nd Shift Spring Hill, TN $18.25/hour About the Role We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team at a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Spring Hill, TN. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring materials are efficiently moved and managed within the warehouse to support production operations. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a stand-up forklift to transport, load, unload, and stack materials Move products and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock organization Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company policies Support overall warehouse operations and team productivity Qualifications Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed Dependable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Schedule 2nd Shift (specific hours can be added if needed) #nowhiring Pay & Benefits $18.25 per hour Opportunity to work with a respected automotive manufacturing company Stable, team-oriented work environment with growth potential
