Must have a valid fork lift certification for this position. This position is primarily working in an outdoor yard environment. Candidates will be responsible for pulling orders, staging materials, moving stone and masonry products throughout the yard. Unloading trucks, preparing orders for shipment and delivery, shrink wrapping pallets, tagging products, and maintaining an organized yard. This is outdoor work in the Texas heat and will require candidates who are comfortable working outside all day. There is some heavy lifting involved, although they utilize sliders and equipment to assist with moving materials when possible. Water will provide throughout the day. We are looking for dependable candidates who can follow instructions, pay attention to detail, work safely, and maintain a strong work ethic. Forklift experience is preferred, but strong warehouse, yard, or construction material handling experience is also valuable. Candidates with experience in building materials, masonry supply, stone yards, lumber yards, roofing supply, landscape supply, or similar outdoor material yards are a highly preferred skill.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6AM start 8 hour shifts
PPE Required:
Safety vest, Steel toe, boots,
Hardhat Note:
we can provide everything new, just not boots.
Dress Code Requirements:
Jeans required , No shorts allowed, No sleeveless shirts allowed
